This webinar takes you through 44 years of training and rehabilitation experience with Coach Boo Schexnayder. Coach Boo is one of the leading authorities in training design and one of the world's premier field events coaches. Coach Boo is known for his 18 years at LSU helping their track and field team produce 26 NCAA champions and 13 NCAA Championship teams. Internationally, he has coached 18 Olympians and 7 Olympic/World Championship medalists.
Throughout the modules, Coach Boo breaks down the principles and foundations behind creating a complete and balanced training and rehab program, regardless of the sport, performance level, and/or injury. Additionally, he takes you through over 20 case studies which are helpful in showing you how he applies the principles into practice.
After Coach Boo's presentation, Dr. Ryan Chow of Reload Physical Therapy & Fitness takes you through our takeaway from what we have learned from Coach Boo over all these years. He goes over how we apply Coach Boo's principles of training into how we rehab and coach clients dealing with pain and injury. Dr. Chow takes you through a full case study detailing the interview, the assessment, and the plan, and the follow-up interactions.
As an added bonus, we have filmed 3 additional modules with Coach Boo giving you a sneak peak into the clinical application and demonstrate a few of the training concepts that he taught about in the lecture.
This is a preview into what future workshops will focus more heavily on since this webinar is an introduction into the principles and foundations of training and rehabilitation.
